Family  – Over the years, St. Paul’s has had a relationship with the HSP Family Shelter, located just down the block from our church building.  We have supported specific families, helped with renovation of the facility, purchased new mattresses in collaboration with the Cedarhurst Unitarian Universalists, provided occasional counseling, officiated a wedding service for clients, and stand ready to help as needed.  Become part of a group focused on supporting the Family Shelter on Green Street.  Engage residents through donations of needed items, visitation, fun and family-oriented programming. Also, consider hosting activities in the church building for Shelter families.  Opportunities also exist for skilled and not-so skilled building volunteers to help maintain and improve the facility. (Basic background check and application required.) If you are interested in participating contact Marty Kuchma @ or Jerry Fuss @
